Plug flow reactor design is used for the continuous reaction inline. Series connection of our different designed static Mixers are creating the prefect mixing as well better temperature control through heat transfer to get the desire product. It’s available for lab scale as well for pilot plant. In series includes Temperature sensors, dossing Nozzle, sampling nozzles, actuators and other peripherals specially developed for this purpose, which have no detrimental effects on the residence time range, heat transfer or mixing efficiency. Customized peripheral devices are essential for continuous reaction processes in the laboratory or in a pilot plant, to guarantee perfect control and monitoring of the reaction.
All reactor type static mixers are available with jackets. Inside the jacket there are spiral arrangement around the static mixer who increase the contact time of the heat transfer media. All reactor static mixers are cover with suitable insulation for the better heat transfer and safety. One or more reactants are only partially added at the start of the reaction section and are instead divided up and supplied at several different points during the process.
